This page explains what personal data is collected on this website (the free-sample landing page for AP Physics 1: Algebra-Based Practice Workbook), why it is collected, and what your rights are. In short: we collect your email address only if you choose to give it to us, we use it to send you the free sample and an occasional study newsletter, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time.

If you only download the sample PDF directly without subscribing, no form data is collected at all.
We process this data for one purpose: to send you the free Chapter 1 sample and, if you confirm your subscription, the Step-by-Step study letter (study tips, practice problems, and occasional updates about our books).
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Subscription uses double opt-in: you must confirm via the email we send before you are added to the mailing list. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
We never sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Our materials are study aids for high-school students, but the newsletter subscription is intended for users aged 16 or older (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country).
